I got the plexiglass balls with dividers. I called for clarification and the staff was very courteous. I had some difficulty changing the order but it was definitely due to my lack of connection. Top logistics. Good packaging, fast shipping and quick delivery... in a couple of days I had everything and I'm from Rome. I didn't give 5 stars because, although the packaging was perfect, some of the already opened balls are marked... it certainly doesn't depend on them... but for me they are the supplier. I tried to attach photos but with the reflection of light they don't work... I'll try to combine them anyway so I can use them all.

Shipped quickly. The only objection concerns one of the balls of yarn that arrived without a band and therefore without instructions for washing and number of crochet hooks to use, a problem overcome by having ordered other identical balls of yarn, but it looked like a ball of yarn coming from a previous return. I understand that the returned balls must be put back on the market, but my suggestion is only to have a little more care in presenting the product which, believe me, was also re-rolled in an approximate way. For the rest the yarns seem very beautiful to me. Excellent quality/price ratio.

I received the balls, all of them (some more, some less) scratched as if they were used; I contacted them immediately and they replied that they would give me a refund (since I urgently needed them) but to my question as to whether they needed any data to issue the refund, I was not given any response... I don't see my refund and I am had to go to another one I go to the shop to get the transparent opening balls because I have orders to deliver... Let's see when my refund will go, if not I will move accordingly

I do not recommend and will not buy again. I placed an order on their site on the night of December 7/8. On Friday 8 December I wrote an email to support because I realized that I had entered my email incorrectly and so I would not have received the order confirmation. Since it was a holiday I didn't expect an immediate response so I waited until Monday the 11th, where I was completely ignored. I decide to wait another day and on Tuesday the 12th, having not received any response, I try to send another message explaining my problem, this time on WhatsApp. A few hours later they replied that they had corrected my email but that an item from my order was missing and that if I had wanted they would have replaced it with a similar one and sent it. Apparently I don't understand how it could be missing if the item was available on the site, but then when the package arrived I had the unpleasant surprise of receiving other items that I hadn't selected: among the things I had chosen there was colored elbow 500 of 1500 meters and instead I received 10 balls of 140 meters and in addition I wanted a 50 cm chain handle which was replaced with a not too similar one of one meter. I repeat: if I had been notified it wouldn't have been a big problem for me but when I wrote back to their WhatsApp number to point this out I was totally ignored again and never received a response. the only positive thing is that the shipping was very fast but by reading other reviews I understand that their sense of organization and hospitality needs to be reviewed.

I have to say that the staff I interacted with on the phone was very good, asking for advice on yarns and how to use them, and I was really enthusiastic about them. I have ordered a couple of times and shipping is also within normal periods. Dearest ones from Arianna's Thread, thank you very much, always keep going like this. I have visited the store several times, lately I can't find much, some items disappear. But that would be nothing...the staff is unorganized, rude, unavailable and annoyed when you ask for information or show disappointment about a product, as if it were a personal matter. Furthermore, the price of the many items on display is not well indicated, therefore it is necessary to consult the orders reluctantly and with great weight. It is not at all pleasant to shop from them. I hope I need it as little as possible.
